PUTRAJAYA, 7 November 2025 – The Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR), enlivened the Putrajaya Idea Festival (FOI) 2025 with two engaging activities — the Speed Reading Test and the Meet & Greet with Young Writers, held at Dewan 10, Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC).
