AILA - Artificial Intelligence Library Assistant
AILA - Artificial Intelligence Library Assistant is a virtual librarian representing a new era in digital information management. Currently, AILA serves as a virtual persona that introduces various digital initiatives and products by PUiTM, such as PERMATA and many more, directly to the UiTM community through social media platforms.
With a friendly appearance and interactive communication style, AILA was created to:
- Attract campus communities to the library's digital facilities
- Serve as a fresh, relevant, and approachable communication icon, especially for the younger generation
- Raise awareness about PUiTM’s digital transformation
AILA is not just a character — she is a symbol of change, innovation, and the future of smarter, more inclusive library services.
