SHAH ALAM, 14 November 2025 – The Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR) successfully conducted its Internal Audit 2025 from 11 to 12 November 2025, covering the full scope of PTAR’s operations in accordance with the requirements of MS ISO 9001:2015. The audit aimed to ensure that all key processes and core functions continue to operate at an optimal level while complying with established procedures to support continuous improvement.

During the Internal Audit Closing Meeting held on 14 November 2025, the audit findings were presented, highlighting that the University Reference Resources Division achieved a Clean Audit Result for the year. Congratulations are extended to all PTAR divisions for their active participation, commitment, and teamwork throughout the audit process.
