SHAH ALAM, August 11, 2026 – The Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Library recently concluded its highly anticipated Library Services Enhancement Workshop 2026 (Bengkel Pemantapan Perkhidmatan Perpustakaan UiTM 2026).
Held successfully from August 4 to August 6, 2026, the event brought together dedicated library staff from across the network to strengthen the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and impactful library services.

Throughout the intensive three-day workshop, participants engaged in a variety of dynamic sharing sessions, interactive discussions, and strategic activities. The core focus areas included leadership development, library service transformation, effective volunteer management, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) alignment, program reinforcement, and comprehensive service improvements across all UiTM Libraries.
This workshop served as a vital platform for sharing on-the-ground experiences, brainstorming innovative ideas, and coordinating strategic actions. These collaborative efforts are essential to ensure that UiTM's library services continue to evolve and adapt seamlessly to the changing needs of users and the dynamic landscape of higher education.
