Perpustakaan Perubatan Tun Abdul Razak (PPTAR) HASA successfully organised the Canva: Design Smart, Create Impact workshop on 17 August 2026 at the PPTAR HASA Computer Laboratory. The workshop was attended by 40 participants.
The workshop aimed to introduce the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Gemini, to support daily tasks, particularly in generating ideas, creating digital content, and preparing organisational communication materials.
Participants were also introduced to the use of Canva and its AI features to create more organised and professional visual materials. They also learned effective prompting techniques to obtain more accurate and relevant outputs.
Emphasis was placed on the creative, ethical, and responsible use of AI, in line with the need to enhance efficiency and productivity in digital content creation.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Mohd Alfarabie bin Mohd Nasir, Senior Librarian, as the speaker, with Mr. Abdul Halim bin Mohd Daud, Principal Library Assistant, serving as the facilitator.
