PTAR UiTM Selangor Branch (UCS) organised the PTAR UCS Sejahtera Programme as an initiative to strengthen workplace relationships, foster camaraderie and promote teamwork among PTAR UCS staff.
The programme began with a morning briefing entitled “Komunikasi Hebat, Pasukan Kuat”, delivered by Cik Nur Izzati binti Shaharuddin, Psychology Officer, Psychology and Counselling Unit, UiTM Selangor Branch.
The session highlighted the importance of effective communication in building positive workplace relationships, strengthening mutual understanding and enhancing team collaboration. The sharing also provided participants with greater awareness of the role of communication in creating a harmonious and supportive working environment.
