SHAH ALAM – The University Archive Division of the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Library Department was deeply honored to receive a visit from YBhg. Tan Sri Dr. Wan Ahmad Dahlan bin Haji Abdul Aziz, the Director-General of Public Service (KPPA).
The visit took place at their exhibition booth during the opening ceremony of the Public Service Convention (KOPA) 2026, held at the Dewan Agung Tuanku Canselor (DATC), UiTM.

The engagement at the University Archive Division’s booth provided a valuable opportunity to highlight the UiTM Library's crucial role in preserving, documenting, and empowering institutional treasures and memory. These archival materials serve as a vital reference source for both the university and future generations.
Participating in KOPA 2026 also served as a strategic platform to introduce the vital functions of the university archive to the broader public service community, while significantly expanding the visibility of UiTM’s rich historical collections.
The presence of top leadership from both the public service sector and the university adds immense significance to the UiTM Library Department's ongoing efforts. It validates their commitment to ensuring that the institution's documentary heritage remains preserved, easily accessible, and continuously utilized as a profound source of knowledge and a testament to the university's historical journey.
