KOTA BHARU, May 7 – Perpustakaan Tengku Anis successfully organised the Knowledge Exploration Program in conjunction with the Student Organisation Day Programme (HOMSIS) with active participation from UiTM students and staff.
- PTAKKB promoted reading and digital library services through the Knowledge Exploration Program.
- Participants explored PERMATA Portal, MyReading, eBooks, and eLib services.
- The programme strengthened information literacy and digital resource usage.
The programme, held from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., aimed to cultivate a reading culture while introducing various library facilities and services to the campus community in line with the advancement of the digital era.
Throughout the programme, visitors were introduced to a wide range of services provided by the library, including guidance on the use of the PERMATA Portal, MyReading registration, book borrowing and return services, as well as access to eBooks and the eLib Portal.
The lively atmosphere and encouraging response from the UiTM community reflected PTAKKB’s commitment to strengthening the library as an inclusive, user-friendly, and relevant knowledge hub that supports current learning needs.
Programmes such as this are expected to enhance information literacy among the campus community while encouraging wider use of digital resources.
