Puncak Alam, 8 May 2025 – The Psychology and Counselling Unit, UiTM Selangor Branch Campus, in collaboration with the Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak (PTAR Puncak Alam), invites all members of the university community to participate in the Mobile Library Programme themed “Urus Emosi, Teroka Potensi” (Manage Emotions, Explore Potential).
- PTAR UCS and the Psychology and Counselling Unit organised a Mobile Library programme at UiTM Selangor.
- Participants are encouraged to explore reading materials related to mental health and personal growth.
- The programme focuses on emotional well-being and self-development activities.
The programme will be held on 8 May 2025 from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. at the Garden Chair Area, UiTM Selangor Branch Campus.
This initiative aims to promote mental well-being and self-development through a variety of engaging activities and curated reading materials. Participants will have the opportunity to explore resources related to emotional management, psychological wellness, and personal growth.
The programme also encourages a balanced approach to academic and personal development by integrating reading culture with mental health awareness activities.
All UiTM Selangor students and staff are warmly invited to join and benefit from this meaningful initiative designed to enhance both knowledge and emotional resilience.
