Perpustakaan Al-Bukhari, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Pahang, Kampus Jengka, was honoured to participate as a strategic collaborator in the programme. Nurfarawahidah Badruesham was invited as a guest speaker, while Dr. Nurul Diyana Sanuddin from the Institute of Continuing Education and Professional Studies (ICAN), UiTM Cawangan Pahang, delivered the second keynote session.
Throughout the programme, participants were exposed to essential leadership and communication competencies, with particular emphasis on the responsibilities and roles of Peer Guidance Counsellors (Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya – PRS) in supporting the well-being and personal development of their fellow students.
The sessions also highlighted the importance of cultivating reading habits and lifelong learning as fundamental elements in developing knowledgeable, confident, and mature peer mentors. Participants were encouraged to embrace continuous learning to enhance their ability to guide and inspire others within their educational communities.
The programme aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by promoting knowledge sharing and strengthening collaboration among educational institutions to nurture competent, resilient, and future-ready youth.
