SHAH ALAM, 26 May 2026 — Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR) UiTM Shah Alam successfully organised the Creative and Digital Communication Coaching Programme for Librarians and Organisational Staff at Computer Lab 1, PTAR UiTM Shah Alam.

The programme brought together participants from PTAR UiTM Shah Alam and PTAR UiTM Negeri Sembilan Branch with the aim of enhancing digital communication competencies and developing more impactful creative content for library and organisational engagement.
The coaching session was delivered by Mr. Mohd Alfarabie bin Mohd Nasir, Senior Librarian from the Corporate and Collaboration Unit, who shared insights on modern communication strategies, digital content development techniques, social media platform utilisation, and creative approaches to strengthening library and organisational branding.
Among the key topics highlighted during the programme were effective digital communication, social media content creativity, high-impact promotional techniques, modern organisational communication strategies, and efforts to strengthen collaboration and library identity.
The programme reflects PTAR’s commitment to equipping library personnel with the knowledge and skills required to navigate today’s rapidly evolving digital communication landscape. It is hoped that participants will become more creative, competent, and adaptable in delivering engaging content and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
