Canva for the Workplace Series 2 Enhances Digital Design Skills

JENGKA, 5 May 2026 – Following the successful AI for the Workplace (Series 1), Perpustakaan Al-Bukhari, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Pahang continued its digital skills initiative with Canva for the Workplace (Series 2). The programme equipped participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in creating professional digital content using Canva.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Mohd Ikhsan bin Md. Raus, Senior Lecturer from the Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences, UiTM Cawangan Pahang. The programme aimed to strengthen participants' digital design competencies and enhance their ability to produce engaging visual materials for workplace communication.

Throughout the training, participants learned the fundamentals of Canva, including design principles, effective use of templates, and techniques for creating posters, infographics, and other digital materials. Practical exercises enabled participants to apply these skills in producing visually appealing and professional-quality content for everyday office use.

The workshop also highlighted strategies for improving productivity through efficient design workflows, empowering participants to communicate information more effectively while maintaining high visual standards in official documents and promotional materials.

As part of Perpustakaan Al-Bukhari's ongoing commitment to digital empowerment, the programme supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by promoting lifelong learning and digital competency development in the workplace.

Perpustakaan Al-Bukhari extends its sincere appreciation to the speaker and all participants for their active engagement and commitment throughout the programme and looks forward to organising more digital learning initiatives in the future.
