Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), proudly introduces the Community Service Program with school students in the state of Selangor—a meaningful initiative aimed at transferring and sharing knowledge among school students. This program is a proactive step by the library to cultivate interest in knowledge and encourage a reading culture from a young age.

Through a variety of interactive and informative activities, the program provides students with the opportunity to explore the world of knowledge in a more engaging and enjoyable way. It is conducted either at selected schools around the campus or directly at the UiTM Library itself, depending on the needs and requests of the schools involved.

TheCommunity Service Program aims to enrich students’ learning experiences through student-centered activities that stimulate creativity and critical thinking. Additionally, it serves as a platform to promote library resources and introduce the latest technologies and applications that can be utilized for educational purposes.

Activities include reading workshops, quiz competitions, storytelling sessions, and guided library tours—all designed to support the cultivation of knowledge among students. The program not only benefits students academically but also helps develop their character and soft skills.

With the implementation of this Community Service Program, PTAR hopes to expand access to knowledge and enhance reading literacy among school students, in line with UiTM's mission to remain a center of educational excellence that contributes to the community.

This program also reflects UiTM's commitment to developing knowledgeable human capital that is prepared to face future challenges. It is hoped that this initiative will continue to have a positive impact on the local community and ignite a passion for knowledge among the younger generation.
