The Smart Classroom is a facility equipped with the latest technology and software designed to support teaching and learning. It integrates advanced tools such as computers, specialized software, audience response systems, assistive listening devices, networking, and high-quality audio/visual capabilities.
This room is strictly reserved for staff and students for academic purposes, including meetings, discussions, or project presentations. All activities must be conducted under the supervision of a supervisor responsible for the staff or students involved.
USAGE PROCEDURES
- Registration: Users must register at the Information Services Division by filling out a form and surrendering their student or staff ID card.
- Operating Hours: Use of the facility is permitted Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM only.
- Availability: The room is available on a First-Come, First-Served basis. Advanced bookings are not permitted.
