Open, Reference and Limited Access Collections

The Open, Reference and Limited Access Collections comprise a range of library materials curated to support learning, teaching, and research while ensuring appropriate levels of access and preservation.

The Open Collections consists of general library materials that are freely accessible to users. These include textbooks, monographs, and general reading materials that may be borrowed according to library regulations. This collection supports independent learning and everyday academic needs.

The Reference Collection provides authoritative information resources intended for consultation within the library. It includes dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, directories, atlases, and other standard reference materials available in print and electronic formats. These resources support quick information retrieval and foundational research.

The Limited Access Collection contains selected materials that require controlled access due to their value, format, rarity, or usage restrictions. Access to this collection is generally limited to in-library use and may require assistance from library staff to ensure proper handling, security, and long-term preservation.
