Tun Abduk Razak Library (PTAR) Puncak Alam Campus began its services on 27 July 2009 at Level 5, Plaza Satelit B (PSB) Building. Through Phase 2 development, the Puncak Alam Campus Library moved to a new building and was fully operational in May 2014.
This new building has four levels that can accommodate 1,300 seats at a time. The facilities and services provided are expected to meet the needs of teaching, learning, research and knowledge development among UiTM residents.
Tun Abdul Abdul Razak Library (PTAR) Puncak Perdana Campus began its services on 1st July 2004. The PTAR KPP is located on the first floor of the UiTM Puncak Perdana Campus building.
It can accommodate up to 500 people at a time. Services offered here include return loans of reading materials, information literacy classes and exhibition spaces that can be used by campus residents.
The medical collection was established in 2003 at PTAR 4 (Annex) to meet the needs of faculty members. In 2005, the Selayang Hospital Medical Library began operations by sharing the premises with the Selayang Hospital Library. This collection was created to meet the needs of clinical year students who do their clinical training at the Hospital.
Similar to Selayang Hospital, the Sungai Buloh Hospital Medical Library began operations in 2007 by sharing the premises with the Sungai Buloh Hospital Library. When the new campus in Selayang was completed in January 2010, the Selayang Medical Library (PPKS) began operations in March of the same year by transferring most of its medical collection from the Hospital Library. Created with the concept of "Boutique Library", the environment is designed with leisure in mind, with comfortable sofas, lounge chairs and coffee tables arranged in clusters.
In 2011, the Teluk Intan Medical Library was established at the Teluk Intan Campus. In February 2013, a new campus in Sungai Buloh was established as the Faculty of Medicine Headquarters. Books from PTAR4 (Annex) & Sungai Buloh Hospital Library were transferred to the new Library at the Sungai Buloh Campus.
Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR) Dengkil Campus is the library of the UiTM Dengkil Campus Foundation Studies Centre which was established in 2015. PTAR Dengkil Campus aims to support research and higher education, especially to prepare foundation students to continue their studies to a higher level.
UiTM Dengkil Campus Foundation Studies Centre offers four foundation programmes:
Foundations of Science, Foundations of Engineering, Foundations of Law and Foundations of TESL
There are more than 6000 collections titles including printed and non-printed materials. The library also has facilities such as discussion rooms, audiovisual rooms, reading rooms, changing rooms and recreational areas.
