Author Talk Programme Explores Endowment Fund Study for Sustainable Revenue Generation
UiTM Puncak Alam, 20 March 2025 – The Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak, UCS Campus Puncak Alam, successfully organised an Author Talk Programme titled “Bicara Bersama Penulis” featuring Associate Professor Sr Dr Mona binti Isa, Senior Lecturer and Head Researcher in Real Estate Studies at the College of Built Environment (KAB), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
- PTAR UiTM Puncak Alam organised an Author Talk Programme featuring Associate Professor Sr Dr Mona binti Isa, focusing on her research on endowment fund development.
- The session highlighted a study on the rationalisation of endowment funds as a sustainable financial mechanism for public institutions such as DBKL.
- The programme served as a knowledge-sharing platform and was also broadcast live through PTAR UCS official YouTube and Facebook channels.
The programme highlighted her illustrated book entitled “Kajian Rasionalisasi Penjanaan Pendapatan Melalui Penubuhan Tabung Endowmen Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur Bagi Sumber Kewangan Yang Mampan”. The session was moderated by Ms Nur Ain Natasya Muhamad Ali, an industrial training student from PTAR UCS.
The discussion provided in-depth insights into the study, exposing participants to the concept of endowment funds as a sustainable financial mechanism for public institutions such as the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
The programme was also livestreamed via the official PTAR UCS YouTube channel and Facebook page, allowing a wider audience to benefit from the knowledge-sharing session.
