Let's Spend 10 Minutes Reading, Gaining Knowledge!
Puncak Alam-Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Selangor Branch continues to be committed to fostering a culture of reading among the community through the organization of a simple but beneficial program, "Let's Spend 10 Minutes Reading". This initiative aims to encourage the practice of reading casually but consistently, in parallel with the effort to empower knowledge in everyday life.

In this session, the participants were presented with an interesting sharing entitled "Occupational Therapy and Dementia Care", which was adapted from the works of Laura N. Gitlin and Mary A. Corcoran. This partnership provides exposure on the role of occupational therapy in the care of dementia patients, particularly in improving the quality of life of patients and caregivers.
The program was moderated by Mohd Ekhwan Mohammad, Senior Assistant Librarian of UiTM PTAR as moderator, while the discourse session was delivered by Nur Atiqah Azman, a Lecturer from UiTM's Faculty of Health Sciences who has experience in related fields.

The organization of this program is also in conjunction with the celebration of World Book and Copyright Day with the theme "Reading Builds a Nation".
