Learning Commons @ PTAR is a comfortable and relaxed learning and discussion space designed for the convenience of the campus community. This space is equipped with modern technological tools, resources, and services that support the contemporary learning needs of both students and staff.
It is an ideal venue for group discussions and tutorial sessions. Additionally, the Learning Commons is fully equipped with wireless connectivity to facilitate the use of notebooks and personal devices by all users.

The Learning Commons @ PTAR offers the following facilities:
• 32 Computer Workstations (PC units)
• 6 Group Discussion Rooms (36 seats total), each equipped with a Plasma TV
• 14 Group Study Tables (56 seats total)
• 2 Presentation Spaces (5–8 seats each), equipped with Plasma TVs
• Notebook Area (17 seats) equipped with dedicated power outlets
• 2 Mobile Whiteboards
