Are those forms need to be sent to the Bahagian Arkib Universiti? Open

Only Record Evaluation Form and Homogeneous Form needs to be sent to the Bahagian Arkib Universiti together with the Disposal Application Cover Letter while the Record Separation Form needs to be kept at PTj.
