This decision comes after thoroughly reviewing our current tool usage and budget considerations. Reallocating these resources will allow us to support other areas that align more closely with our strategic goals. - Alternative Solutions
You can still use Grammarly for free with limited functions as described here - https://www.grammarly.com/plans. You can also use Quillbot to do a Grammar Checker and Paraphraser to rewrite the sentences.
