Individuals who are interested in becoming a member of the library are subject to the following conditions:

1. Please complete the External Membership Form and submit it online. The library may reject the application form if the information provided is incomplete and the photo uploaded is inappropriate.
2. Membership is open to Malaysian citizens only.
3. The digital card can be accessed upon successful payment (1 working day). The user will be notified via email when the digital card is ready, and the photo provided is acceptable.
4. Library hours may be different for each location and subject to campus rules. Users may refer to library operating hours from the library portal.
5. Please contact your library before making any payment.

1. Loans can only be made with a library membership card
2. Some loans and types of materials are subject to the membership category registered by the library member.
3. Materials from bound journals, reference materials, free-range reading, the thesis collection, the Academic Core Collection, the first book copy, the conference collection, statutes, and loose-leaf materials are not for loan.
4. Loan renewal can be made online, subject to existing conditions.
5. A borrower who has overdue items will be barred from borrowing.
6. An External Member can borrow 4 books—each book for 14 days loan.

1. A member who fails to return borrowed materials within the stated period must pay a fine of RM0.20 per day until the item is returned.
2. Any item lost or destroyed must be replaced. The member must either replace the item subject to conditions or pay the cost of replacing the item.
