City Nature Challenge 2025 – Pahang, Malaysia

Celebrating 10 Years of Citizen Science & Biodiversity Discovery 

We are pleased to inform you that the City Nature Challenge (CNC) 2025 – Pahang will be held from 25 April to 4 May 2025, in conjunction with the 10th anniversary of this global citizen science initiative and Citizen Science Month.

This year, participants are invited to explore and document biodiversity in three districts across Pahang:

MARAN, JERANTUT & RAUB
25 April - 28 April 2025  ( Taking Pictures )
29 April – 4 May 2025 ( Identifying Pictures )

How to Participate:

Take photos of flora and fauna using your mobile device or camera

Upload and identify species using the iNaturalist app

Who Can Join: Open to all – including students, educators, families, photographers, nature lovers, and local communities.
