29 April 2026 | 11 Zulkaedah 1447H - The Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR) participated as a strategic partner in the Co-Academic, Resource Centre, STEM, and DELIMa Carnival held at Kolej Vokasional Klang. The invitation reflects PTAR’s expanding role beyond an academic library, positioning itself as an active knowledge partner engaging with the wider education community.

At the PTAR booth, two key interactive activities attracted strong participation: the Speed Reading Challenge and the Jawi Challenge.
The Speed Reading Challenge tested participants’ reading speed, focus, and comprehension within a set timeframe, while introducing effective and engaging reading techniques. Meanwhile, the Jawi Challenge offered a relaxed yet interactive approach to assessing participants’ ability to read Jawi script, highlighting its importance as a literary heritage and cultural identity that should be preserved.
PTAR’s involvement in the carnival underscores its commitment to community engagement, strengthening strategic collaborations with educational institutions, and promoting knowledge as a bridge between universities and society.
