Sungai Buloh, 10 June 2026 – Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak (PTAR), UiTM Sungai Buloh Campus successfully conducted the Jelajah Ilmu PTAR programme at the Lobby of the Faculty of Medicine Academic Building, UiTM Sungai Buloh Campus on 10 June 2026. The outreach programme was held from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and attracted participation from students, academic staff, and members of the university community.
- Promoted PTAR services and resources to the Faculty of Medicine community.
- Increased awareness and usage of library facilities and digital resources.
- Strengthened engagement between PTAR and campus users.
The programme was organized as part of PTAR’s ongoing efforts to bring library services closer to users and enhance awareness of the resources available to support teaching, learning, and research activities. Visitors had the opportunity to learn about the PERMATA Library System, access information on digital library services, and receive assistance with book borrowing and return procedures.
To encourage engagement and participation, PTAR also organized interactive activities, including a crossword puzzle challenge and the registration of new PTAR volunteers. Early participants received special souvenirs as a token of appreciation.
Through direct interaction with library personnel, participants gained a better understanding of the wide range of services and facilities offered by PTAR. The programme also served as a platform to strengthen the relationship between the library and its users while promoting a culture of lifelong learning within the university community.
