SHAH ALAM, 11 May 2026 – Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) continues to promote reading culture among students through the “Get Caught Reading @PTAR Kejuruteraan” programme held at PTAR Kejuruteraan.
- PTAR Engineering rewarded students through the Get Caught Reading programme.
- Two lucky readers from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering received prizes.
- The programme encourages reading habits and library engagement among students.
As part of the initiative, PTAR Kejuruteraan surprised and rewarded students who were actively engaged in reading and studying within the library premises. The prizes were presented by Senior Librarian Puan Norhamimi Othman in appreciation of the students’ commitment to cultivating reading habits and academic excellence.
The lucky recipients were Aina Sofiya Mahat (2024217592) and Mohamad Khuzaimie Mohd Mokhtar (2024430694), both from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering.
The programme aims to encourage students to make reading a daily practice while fostering a conducive learning environment within the library. Through initiatives such as this, PTAR Kejuruteraan hopes to inspire more students to utilise library resources and strengthen their passion for knowledge and lifelong learning.
