SHAH ALAM, 23 January 2026 — A strategic discussion on monograph publishing between the Institute of Malay Thought and Leadership (IMPAK) and Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak (PTAR), was held at the PTAR Main Meeting Room to reinforce collaboration in scholarly publishing and enhance the visibility of Malay intellectual heritage.

The meeting was led by Dr. Khairudin Murad, Director of IMPAK, and attended by Dr. Nadia Widyawati Madzhi and Mr. Rahman Naim bin Mat Ali. Representing PTAR were Dr. Adlina Abdullah, Director of the University Reference Resources Division, together with Mr. Abdul Razak Abdul Rahman and Mr. Mohd Alfarabie Mohd Nasir.
The discussions focused on developing strategic collaborations in high-impact monograph publishing, particularly aimed at increasing the visibility and preservation of Malay intellectual treasures (Khazanah Alam Melayu) through more systematic and sustainable publishing and resource management approaches.
This initiative aligns with PTAR’s role as a catalyst for knowledge culture and a key reference centre, dedicated to preserving and promoting Malay intellectual heritage at both national and international levels.
