Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak (PTAR), recently conducted an Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) benchmarking visit to the Selangor Syariah Judiciary Department (JAKESS) as part of its continuous efforts to enhance best practices within the public sector.

The visit, held at the Main Meeting Room of JAKESS, aimed to strengthen the implementation of EKSA through the sharing of experiences, effective workplace management approaches, and the cultivation of a high-quality work culture. The programme commenced with a welcoming address by the EKSA Coordinator of JAKESS, followed by a reciprocal address from the Chairman of EKSA PTAR.
The programme continued with an EKSA briefing session, an interactive question-and-answer segment, and a guided tour of selected workspaces to observe the practical implementation of EKSA initiatives. This benchmarking visit is expected to provide added value to PTAR in further strengthening governance practices, organisational efficiency, and continuous improvement in line with public sector aspirations.
