SHAH ALAM, August 3, 2026 – The Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Library successfully conducted the 2nd Engagement Session for the Lead Authors of the UiTM Library Annual Report this morning via the Google Meet platform.
The virtual gathering brought together dedicated Person-in-Charge (PIC) representatives from all UiTM Branch Libraries nationwide to prepare for the compilation of the upcoming annual report.
- The UiTM Library hosted its 2nd virtual engagement session for the lead authors of the library's Annual Report on August 3, 2026.
- Chaired by Senior Deputy Chief Librarian Haji Ahmad Faizar Jaafar, the Google Meet session gathered PIC representatives from all UiTM branch libraries.
- The initiative aimed to coordinate content, ensure data accuracy, and produce a high-quality, comprehensive report reflecting the library's yearly achievements.
The strategic session was chaired by Mr. Haji Ahmad Faizar Jaafar, Senior Deputy Chief Librarian and Head of the Policy and Strategic Planning Unit at the Library Management Division, Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR) UiTM Shah Alam.
The primary objective of this engagement was to systematically coordinate content preparation and elevate the overall quality of the reporting. It served as a vital platform to ensure that all submitted data and information are accurate, highly comprehensive, and perfectly reflect the continuous developments, milestones, and achievements of the UiTM Library throughout the year.
It is highly anticipated that this engagement session will continue to strengthen the collaborative synergy between PTAR UiTM Shah Alam and all branch libraries. This collective effort is essential in producing a high-quality, high-impact Annual Report that will serve as an authoritative strategic reference document for the university.
