KOTA KINABALU, 3 March 2026 — In its continuous effort to enrich spiritual and intellectual growth during the holy month, the Islamic Affairs Unit of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Sabah Branch has successfully broadcasted the fourth episode of its Wacana Ar-Raudhah Ramadan Mubarak Edition.

The latest episode, titled “Ramadan and Knowledge: PTAR UiTM Sabah Remains Committed!”, went live today at 3:00 PM on the official YouTube UiTM Sabah Channel.
This edition featured Dr. Romi bin Rampun @ Ramlan, Senior Deputy Chief Librarian at UiTM Sabah Branch, as the guest speaker. Moderating the discourse was Ms. Siti Norbayah binti Abdul Hassan, Deputy Chairperson 1 of Rakan Siswa YADIM, UiTM Sabah Branch. The discussion centered on the profound relationship between seeking knowledge and spiritual devotion during Ramadan, emphasizing the pivotal role the library plays in fostering this culture within the campus community.
The program is produced by the Islamic Affairs Unit of UiTM Sabah Branch, in strategic collaboration with the Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR), Resident Studio Production, and Rakan Siswa YADIM.
University administration has confirmed that official training hours will be credited and recorded for all staff members who participated in or tuned into the broadcast.
In conjunction with the holy month, the organizers have also extended an invitation to the public and campus community to contribute infaq (charity) and waqf (endowment) funds. These donations will directly support the construction of the university's new landmark Islamic center, the Borneo Islamic Sustainability and Development Center (PPKIB).
