Program ini dijalankan setiap hari Khamis jam 8.30 pagi hingga 10.00 pagi bermula pada 23 Jun 2022 dan berakhir pada 29 September 2022 di Bilik Multimedia, PTAR Kampus Bertam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para peserta terdiri daripada pelajar dan staf wanita UiTM Kampus Bertam dan mereka diberi jam latihan serta e-sijil. Yoga adalah sejenis senaman yang memberi keseimbangan antara mental dan fizikal melalui tiga elemen merangkumi pergerakan, pernafasan dan meditasi.
