{"id":14786,"date":"2023-10-30T03:08:03","date_gmt":"2023-10-30T03:08:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/library.uitm.edu.my\/iqra\/?p=14786"},"modified":"2023-10-30T03:08:03","modified_gmt":"2023-10-30T03:08:03","slug":"penerimaan-rekod-penting-universiti-buku-perkhidmatan-staf-daripada-bahagian-pengurusan-sumber-manusia-uitm-cawangan-melaka-kampus-alor-gajah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/library.uitm.edu.my\/iqra\/2023\/10\/30\/penerimaan-rekod-penting-universiti-buku-perkhidmatan-staf-daripada-bahagian-pengurusan-sumber-manusia-uitm-cawangan-melaka-kampus-alor-gajah\/","title":{"rendered":"Penerimaan Rekod Penting Universiti (Buku Perkhidmatan Staf) Daripada Bahagian Pengurusan Sumber Manusia UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Alor Gajah"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">26 Oktober 2023, Khamis \u2013 Unit Arkib UiTM Cawangan Melaka telah menerima rekod penting universiti yang bernilai arkib iaitu 159 Buku Perkhidmatan Staf yang telah diserahkan oleh H Norliah binti Rajian dari Bahagian Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Alor Gajah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unit Arkib, Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak UiTM Cawangan Melaka bertanggungjawab bagi perolehan rekod penting universiti yang bernilai selaras dengan Dasar Penilaian dan Perolehan Rekod Awam Arkib Negara Malaysia iaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u201cMemperolehi rekod awam yang dalam jagaan atau dibawah kawalan sesuatu pejabat awam, kepada jagaan dan kawalan Arkib Negara melalui proses pemindahan \u2013 Seksyen 28, Akta Arkib Negara 2003 [Akta 629].\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penyerahan Rekod Penting Universiti ini juga terkandung di dalam Dasar Pengurusan Rekod UiTM yang telah berkuat kuasa pada 18 November 2020. Dasar ini menetapkan prinsip dan teras pengurusan rekod yang perlu dipatuhi dan dilaksanakan oleh setiap Pusat Tanggungjawab (PTJ) di Universiti Teknologi MARA.
