3. Inter Library Loan Materials are provided within three (3) weeks from the date of application.
4. Verify the date of implementation of the Information Skills Class within three (3) working days.
5. Ensure the electronic library service in the website operates 24/7.
6. Ensure the University's archive material referral application is provided within (7) working days.
