 Electronic Subscription Management (e-SAM)

As a tool to aid users to perform search and query in locating information that they need from multiple databases that they have access to by using a single interface.
Ability to manage connections to various databases via the Internet protocol to retrieve rich content of information. The query produces a list of links to different databases for the users to choose from and later to view or download the information that they have chosen

 Facilities Management (FM)

Ability to book for resources that are available in the library via the WWW.
Ability to view all resources via the web-enabled Events Calendar.
Ability to register for an event via the WWW.
Ability to transmit alert to the users status of booking via ILMU's SMS Tool, MUST.

 Membership Management (MM)

A web-enabled management system that allows users to register and maintain their own personal details online.
It allows system administrator to maintain other people's details and policies. It also acts as a membership center for e-component.

A module that integrates tightly with other e-components and able to synchronize ILMU Patron details with MM (on demand) and E-Components' memberships center.

 Virtual References Facilities (VRF)

A web-enabled management system that:

Allows requestor to submit their request for research.

Allows requestor to search for expert.

Allows system administrators to process the requests.

Allows researchers to answer requests.

 Multimedia Objects Manager (MOM)

It is a web-enabled management system that integrates various products to provide a knowledge management solution.

It has dynamic implementations based on different combinations of various products according to clients' needs.

MOM offer: A document management system as the basic and core component of knowledge management. It manages different types of electronic documents with the features of:

a. Importation - to bring documents in.
b. Indexing - to organize documents.
c. Retrieval - to find documents
